Product Description
Lettuce Little Gem is one of the UK's most coveted lettuces, and now you can grow them in your own garden or allotment! This compact lettuce can even be grown in containers as well as open ground. Sow indoors from February to April or directly outside from April to August. Can be harvested from June to October.

Growing at a glance…
Will take on average 7-10 days to germinate. Plant 1/8 inches below soil surface level and space 10-15cm apart, especially when growing in rows. Position in partial sun for the best results. Lettuce is hardy and can be planted as soon as the soil can be worked. Cover the seeds lightly with fine soil, and press the soil gently. Thin young seedlings to separate pots once they're about 5cm tall.
